What cleaning actually costs
Most cleaning companies make you book a consultation to find out the price. Here it is on the page: one flat hourly rate, no hidden add-on fees. We give you an estimate of hours on the phone before we start, so there are no surprises.
$88 an hour, flat rate, for a two-person cleaning crew. That is the whole pricing model — there is no separate base price by square footage. All equipment and eco-friendly supplies are included at no extra charge, and so are extras like windows, laundry, oven, fridge and cabinets — they just take more hours at the same rate. Your bill is always actual hours on site times $88.
| Home | Typical time on site standard clean | Typical time on site deep clean | Estimated total at $88 / hour |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 bed / 1 bath | 2 – 2.5 hrs | Estimated on the call | $176 – $220 |
| 2 bed / 2 bath | about 3 hrs | 4 – 5 hrs | $264 standard, $352 – $440 deep |
| 3 bed / 3 bath | 4 – 5 hrs | Estimated on the call | $352 – $440 |
| 4+ bedrooms, or heavier condition | Estimated on the phone based on bedroom and bathroom count | Actual hours × $88 | |
The rate is $88 an hour for a two-person crew and includes all supplies and equipment. Times above are typical estimates, not the bill — the bill is always actual hours on site times $88. Larger homes, heavier condition, and commercial sites are estimated on the phone based on bedroom and bathroom count, or after a short walkthrough — there is no charge for either.
Booking more often means fewer hours per visit
Not a loyalty gimmick — a weekly home genuinely has less build-up than a monthly one, so it takes the crew less time, and the bill is naturally lower. The rate never changes; only the hours do.
Least build-up between visits. Best for families with kids or pets.
Our most common schedule and the best balance for most households.
More work has accumulated by the time we arrive, so each visit takes the crew longer.

What we will not do
Being clear about the limits is faster than discovering them on the day.
- Wet carpet extractionDifferent machine, different trade. We vacuum thoroughly but we do not shampoo carpets.
- Exterior windows we cannot safely reachWe clean reachable and accessible exterior windows as part of the job. Anything requiring ladders beyond a safe reach or harness work needs a specialist.
- Mold remediation or biohazardLegally specialist work. We will tell you honestly if that is what you are looking at.
- Moving heavy furnitureWe move what two people can lift safely. Not pianos, wall units or anything risking a scratched floor.
- Promise an exact final total before we have seen the homeWe give you the rate and an estimate of hours up front, but the bill is always actual hours on site times $88. On larger or heavier-condition homes we may walk it first so that estimate is accurate.
Pricing questions
Hourly. We charge $88 an hour, flat rate, for a two-person crew, with no hidden add-on fees for windows, laundry, oven, fridge, cabinets or same-day jobs. You know the rate up front and we give you an estimate of hours before we start, so there are no surprises — but the total is always actual hours on site times $88.
The rate never changes — it is always $88 an hour. What changes is how many hours the job takes: home size and number of bathrooms first, then condition, then how much has built up since the last clean. Frequency matters too: a weekly home has less build-up than a monthly one, so it takes fewer hours and costs less per visit.
The rate is the same either way — $88 an hour. A first visit to a home that has not been professionally cleaned recently usually just takes more hours, so the bill is bigger. Once a home is on a regular schedule there is less build-up, so later visits typically take fewer hours.
Yes, all equipment and eco-friendly products are included in the $88/hour rate. There is no separate supply charge.
No. Recurring cleaning has no lock-in — cancel or pause whenever you like. Commercial janitorial runs on a rolling monthly agreement with thirty days' notice, which is there so we can staff the site reliably.
After the clean, not before. Card, Zelle, check or cash. Recurring clients are usually billed after each visit rather than in advance.
