What a standard house clean covers
Every visit follows the same baseline, then adds whatever is on your home ’ s written checklist. If you always want the inside of the microwave done, or the guest room skipped because nobody uses it, that goes in writing at the first visit and happens every time after.
- Kitchen counters, sink, backsplash and appliance exteriors

House Cleaning — common questions
Yes. We assign the same two-person crew to your home and keep them there. If someone is sick or on holiday we will tell you in advance and send a replacement briefed on your checklist rather than a stranger with no context.
Tell us 24 hours ahead and there is no charge. Inside 24 hours we ask for half the estimated visit total, because that slot is already blocked out and the crew has turned down other work for it.
Not as part of a standard clean — they take an extra 30 – 45 minutes each. There is no separate add-on fee; it is simply extra time on site at the same $88/hour rate. Mention it when you book so we can estimate the extra time, or it is part of adeep clean, which simply runs more hours.
Yes. We bring eco-friendly supplies as standard, but plenty of clients want something specific on marble, sealed hardwood or a particular finish. Leave it out with a note and we will use it.
Most of our recurring clients give us a key, a gate code or a lockbox code. It is kept tagged by code rather than by address, and we are insured.
