What gets cleaned on a move out
An empty property is judged differently from a lived-in one, because there is nothing to hide behind. Inspectors open cabinets and look inside the oven. So do we.

Timing it around your move
Book the clean for the day after the movers leave, not the same day.Movers run late, and a cleaning team standing in a hallway waiting for a sofa to go down the stairs is time you are paying for. If your lease ends on the 31st, get the movers out on the 29th or 30th and us in on the 30th or 31st.
If you are movingin, the opposite applies: we go in before your furniture does. An empty house is far quicker and cheaper to clean than one with boxes in every room, and you only get one chance at cleaning inside the cabinets before your plates are in them.
Move In / Move Out — common questions
It removes cleanliness as a reason to withhold it, which is the most common one. It does not fix damage, paint, or normal wear and tear — those are separate arguments with your landlord. We send you room-by-room photos so you have evidence of the condition you left it in.
We vacuum thoroughly, but we do not do wet carpet extraction — that is a specialist machine and a different trade. If your lease requires professional carpet cleaning, book that separately and have them come before us so we can clean the hard floors afterwards.
It is much better if it is. We can clean around furniture, but it costs more, takes longer, and we cannot reach the places an inspector will check. If it has to be furnished, tell us at the estimate so the price reflects it.
Three to five days for a move out, because these are long jobs that need a big block in the calendar. End of month is the busiest window in LA — if your lease ends on the 30th or 31st, call at least a week ahead.
