What happens on a turnover
A turnover is not a house clean with a different name. The job is to make the property look like nobody has ever stayed in it, and to catch problems before a guest does.

You can supply them, or we can wash and return yours between stays — that just adds to the hours on site at our standard $88/hour rate, with no separate laundry fee. Most hosts with more than one listing keep two or three sets in rotation on site, which keeps the turnover shorter (and cheaper) than laundering between every guest.
We photograph it and send it to you before we finish, not the next day. That gives you a timestamped record while the claim window with the platform is still open.
Yes — coffee, paper goods, toiletries and anything else on your list. Either you keep a stocked cupboard on site and we use it, or we buy and bill at cost. We will tell you when something is running low before it runs out.
Yes. The platform makes no difference to us — what matters is the check-out and check-in times and what your listing promises the guest.
