What a clean costs, and how fast we can get there
We charge one flat rate: $88 an hour for a two-person cleaning crew.There is no separate price for square footage and no add-on fees — extras like ovens, fridges, windows in and out, and laundry are just more time at the same $88/hour rate. As a guide, a 1-bed/1-bath apartment usually takes about 2–2.5 hours (roughly $176–$220) and a 2-bed/2-bath home about 3 hours (about $264) for a standard clean; your bill is always the actual hours worked times $88.

No. Most of our regular clients give us a key, a gate code or a lockbox code and come home to a finished house. We are fully insured and the same two-person crew is assigned to your home each visit, so you are not letting strangers in every week.
Yes. We bring all equipment and eco-friendly supplies at no extra charge. If you prefer we use specific products on stone, hardwood or a surface with a particular finish, leave them out and tell us — we will use yours instead.
Two to three days is comfortable for a standard clean. We also keep same-day slots open Monday to Saturday for urgent jobs — call(818) 588-9952before 11am and we can usually reach you the same afternoon.
